How many fans should I plan?

Can I put panels over rack bars or ribs?
Yes, but only with proper **mounting**. Mark rack tiles so you don’t accidentally “float” panels over nothing.
Does this handle air-con units?
Treat them like a **large hatch** tile during planning, then verify the exact footprint and keep clear sky around the intake/exhaust.
What panel sizes should I assume?
After rough planning, switch to your shortlisted **module dimensions** and refine spacing, cable runs and MPPT limits.
